Papering over e-books

I recommend this first for the humour, and secondly for both the article 
and discussion on producing print and ebooks. Two errors I could not 
correct or notify the writer about was that MOBI is not developed by 
Amazon, but existed long before Amazon bought it [and had its own 
dedicated reader]; the Kindle file code (azw) has one change from the 
original. And that both pre-date epub, so mobi is not a development of epub.
