40 Authors Selling More than a Million eBooks on Amazon

The info referenced below may be a couple of months old and I wondered 
if there are more recent articles regarding authors who are selling more 
than a million ebooks via Amazon.com.

There may be a reference at Teleread, but I received a "403 Forbidden" 
error message when I tried to access the link.

Also, I found the May 2016 Author Earnings Report comment that "roughly 
85% of all non-traditionally published book sales of any format in the 
US also happen on Amazon.com" to be a significant statement, if true.
