Er, sorry Doug. You seem to have taken personal offence at something I wrote
in response to Michael's post, and are lashing out wildly at me in
retaliation. Out of "profound respect ... yada yada" I wasn't actually
referring to anyone who posts to this list, of course. But I see that the
characterisation has hit a raw nerve with you. I wonder why that is, mm?
