pynchon-l on the news

My first instinct is to say we don't want to be on a news gateway and to
unsubscribe the gateway address. The reasons for this include the
privacy issue as well as the point that if everybody wanted a newsgroup
this would've been one to begin with.  I'm waiting for oxymoron's
comments before I go ahead and unplug.
