A source of mine within DHS spilled the beans to me as to how they  
plan on implementing the REAL ID Act.  Chertoff's no-longer-secret  
plan calls for the outsourcing of REAL ID compliance to data  
aggregators.

Congress needs to put a stop to this ASAP.
