You can buy puts on where you're going to shower next, talk about
'making money' on your neighborhood without pissing off neighbors,
and end up optioning your apartment to whales when raptured off
to new lands in the Pacific? I thought it was part of being an
established trader and zoning off your garage as a special
international trade zone (until your architect friends' plans to
put green intermodal under predistricted mixed-use comes to stardom.)
