He should have taken a 2nd mortgage out w/ all his equity and invested in NVDA in early 2016. Either that or BTC. Speaking of which, can anyone explain WTF WRT refi companies now intimating that you should take out a 2nd mortgage for cryptocurrencies? 3rd generation Bubble much? Greg p.s.
