@#$! Gmail

For reasons unbeknownst to me, Gmail has decided that I am not the 
owner of one of my alternate gmail accounts, won't let me log into 
it. The account recovery process is an insulting joke that leads me 
around an endless circle of futility.

Does anyone know a live person I can contact about recovering access 
to my alternate account?
