[Increasingly there are more and more companies specializing in offering
customer owned fiber and network solutions.  With the re-monopolization of
telecom large enterprises such as businesses, schools, hospitals and
universities are starting to realize the only way to get competitive
services is for the customer to purchase their own fiber network and to
connect to the service provider of their choice at carrier neutral hotels
and other locations. Here is a sample listing of companies that specialize
