[The latest version of UCLPv2 software is now available.  This version of
the software is fully SOA compliant and features powerful new GUI.  With
UCLPv2 all network elements, links, routers, switches, wireless devices,
sensors, servers, databases, instruments, etc are all represented as web
services. Users (or orchestration engineers) can create their own end to end
network solution, or cyber-environment, linking these various services
together with BPEL workflow.  UCLPv2 also allows the creation of multiple
virtualized orchestrated networks on the same common substrate and features
full inheritance, resource advertisement and discovery of all network
resources.  Users will also be able to deploy their own routing and topology
discovery services for each separate network orchestration.  Three different
interoperable  versions of UCLPv2 are available based on different
architectures: Globus, WSRF, and WS with BPEL.  The software is freely
available and open source
