Dear TCCC Reader,

We are pleased to announce something new at the SIGCOMM Conference this
year: In addition to posting every paper online, we are publishing a public
review for every paper (written and signed by a Program Committee member),
along with an online discussion forum. It's free, it's public and it's now
available at:

        http://www.sigcomm.org/sigcomm2006/
        (Click on the "Conference" link in the left frame.)
 
Even if you are not coming to the conference in Pisa, take a look at the
program, read some papers, read the reviews and post some comments. To post
a comment, just create a login and jump in. Why not ask the authors a
question, start a discussion about the paper or a closely related topic? The
more discussion the better!

To help foster broad discussion, please forward this notice to those you
think may be interested in participating.

As this is the first year we're doing this, we'd like to get your feedback.
