 [The OECD has put together a nifty graphic showing broadband rankings of
member countries, but which also include average price of broadband and
average throughput (as we all know advertised Internet speeds are far
different than what is experienced in reality).

Canada and the US fare pretty poorly in these rankings, not only in terms of
broadband penetration, but prices per Mbps of bandwidth  and throughput.
