The family of the California woman who recently died of water intoxication following a radio giveaway stunt has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the station's owner and some of its personnel. Jennifer Strange, a mother of three, died soon after finishing second in a competition for a Nintendo game console (the contest was dubbed "Hold Your Wee for a Wii"). Story here:
