Srihari, about India being the third most corrupt country, i am only quoting reports from The 
Economist that appeared sometime ago. You say you like Sundar's solution, but i am saying that the 
effectiveness of that solution will be more likeable than the solution itself; did you go to that 
website and look at the details and the fine print? As for your next response, all that i can 
suggest is that we should have a wholistic view of the system to help us see things in the correct 
perspective so that we can take decisions based on the best available alternatives; if we have a 
segmented view of the system, we will repeatedly make the mistake of differentiating between 
exceptions and rules; let us be warned that what was an exception yesterday has become a rule today 
and the cycle will continue, atleast during our lifetimes. Further, what is unfortunate about this 
is that no one has ever been able to do anything to it since 1950; kudos if anyone of you guys in 
this group are different.

Senthil, i am not going to shoot you for what you personally think about cricket, but let us not 
forget to ask ourselves whether other activities get as much preference and attention as cricket does.

Sundar, have i responded to your questions? All i can say is that there can be no one-worded answer 
to your question as the system is so heterogenous.

This one-to-many question-answer type is fatiguing this poor old man; i would encourage the others 
to think independently and come up with their views, instead of merely answering my emails and 
making me a ringmaster. Having said this, i am going to sit back and relax.
