As I always claimed, India cannot win it with the back office alone. Americans are consoling themselves with statements, quite true, such as the lack of creativity in India and so on. Also, there is a lot of development that needs to go in. Especially this attempt by these losers to call India poor and ask us if cows walk across the streets. That needs innovation, creativity and a desire to be no.1 in creating, not outsourcing - not 85 year old grumps or loser - Italian women....
