Higher Studeis for one of my pal

Ok guys

need some piece of advise fo a know person of mine.

The guy is doing his final year BE at anamali Univ. He
wants to persue his higher studies in US. His dad had
got some info on Australian universities. His mother
wants him to go to work. The guy has seeked my advise.


Victoria Univ in australia. is this a good one and
worth takeing it. 


or should he wait to retake is GRE tofel again as his
scores are low and got US.
