"There is a strong case to rein in the unbridled abuse of power by the
probe agencies under this regime. If needed this should be attempted via
legislation."

Sanjay Hegde: "Stop calling it the rule of law. The rule of law happens
inside the courts. What happens outside the courts is the law of the
rulers.  If the ruler tells the investigating agency fix this one, the
investigating agency will go and fix somebody."
