God squad issues, possible solutions

Hi all
Stu here. I haven't emailed you guys and haven't seen you for ages as well.
As is happpening on a fairly regular basis there seems to be a bit of tension
in the community, this time over God Squad issues. I've just got a few
questions/ideas. Here they are:
1. Has there been a formal request for Kingsgrove to help God Squad? Has there
been a formal request for your closing (the reason I ask is that I went on a
holiday a few weeks back and I'm not sure whether I missed it)
2. Kingsgrove has an "admin leader" who does most of the work before the
weekend, organising name tags and such.
3. The main part that God Squad plays on a kingsgrove w/e is to help
out with lunch, dinner and sometimes reco. the kgrove w/e's seem to run
really smooth and relaxed because the team looks out for each other. eg.
if one of the recruits decides to walk outside instead of staying inside
for a game then one of the team would go outside and grab him/her.
4. I've seen how 2 groups run their weekends, both ways work.
5. God Squad has always had a supportive role, a niche in the weekend but
if there is no God Squad on the w/e then it shouldn't destroy it. (yeh I
know its overreacting but hopefully I make some sense)
6. Best of luck Mary and Chris, as leaders it can be very stressful. Trust
in your team and remember that you can't solve every problem, only Christ can.
7. I don't want to commit myself to any parts of the weekend as I would 
probably break those promises. If I can make it down to the weekend then
it will be at the meal times when help is most needed. I can't say whether
any other k-grovers will come, the best I can do is ask.
