Well, I had a good little conversation with Megs about it all, and probably 
would say something a bit different to my last email I just sent to the [A 
list] about God Squad. I had no intention to dispute your leadership 
decisions, and certainly wasn't implying that anyone team member should step 
into the role of God Squad leader for this weekend.

Organising the God Squad roster gives the perception that no one else in the 
community can be bothered doing it. Jen cleared that up in her email. In any 
case, the older people were the ones who walked out on you and your 
community, so you have simply responded by asking for clarification of who is 
going to be there.

I wish people on the list could be more civilised and look at the situation in 
a more wholisitic way. I know that it is a bad time to have this kind of 
discussion too. But, I would like to have my ideas heard because changes in 
the community affect the way in which I contribute to the Antioch weekend and 
I would like some idea as to how to best participate in the future.

I also wish that you were a bit more open about this plan that you have for 
God Squad. I find it a bit disconcerting to be involved in any support role 
and not be informed about how things are going to be run.
