Dear Shelley,

The best I can do is refer you onto my existing Antioch community in Engadine 
([email protected]). I don't know the protcol for getting a 
copy of the green manual.

Kensigton also have some information on their web site. But I don't know 
whether Ron and Mavis actually check that email address.
