and I think what we ( or at least me) is trying to say is that rarely is anyone available for the whole weekend, nor judging from from past reactions would anyone want to be,  It has always been worked out by Godsquad that there is someone there at all times, if not we inform the parents and they deal with it, not the leaders.

once again it would be a job for godsquad leader( whom by the way does not have to be there all the time). if there is not one, why not, surely there is enough team to spare one person. being designated godsquad leader does not mean the end it gives one a better view as to how things work.

I wonder if you have any idea what godsquad does.

perhaps if engadine looked a bit outside of themselves they might even get some help from other communites as well.
