Exonerate and Reinstate Teacher

One of the goals of our church is to roll back the legal age of sexual consent, which corresponds with our beliefs on sexual freedom and new social sexual psychology which states that sex is a need, not just a desire, in order to be healthy. This teacher has done no wrong and in our society would never be condemned! We are working to put our people in political and judicial positions, but have realized that so far they have been useless to us, because we can not yet break through the judeo-christian dictatorship that exists in musical chairs format. Here is an example of a left-wing judge being overruled and disciplined for his left-wing beliefs and judgements. This again proves what I have stated all along, that we are oppressed under a judeo-christian dictatorship. How can we run society the way that we see fit, even after we have put our judges, and political people in office, when other right-wing judges, politicians, judicial bodies can and do directly step in to dictat!

Teacher Jailed for Sex With Student

HACKENSACK, N.J. (AP) - A female teacher who had sex with a 13-year-old boy was sentenced to three years in prison Friday after a previous judge caused a furor when he spared her a jail term by saying, ``I really don't see the harm that was done.''

Pamela Diehl-Moore, 43, was also ordered by Superior Court Judge William Meehan to register as a sex offender after her release from prison.

Diehl-Moore pleaded guilty in January to sexual assault in a plea bargain and had been expected to receive three years behind bars.

Instead, she was sentenced in May to five years' probation by Superior Court Judge Bruce A. Gaeta, who said that he saw nothing wrong with the relationship and that the boy did not appear to suffer any psychological harm.

``Maybe it was a way for him, once this happened, to satisfy his sexual needs. People mature at different ages,'' Gaeta said.

``It's just something between two people that clicked beyond the teacher-student relationship,'' Gaeta said. ``I really don't see the harm that was done and certainly society doesn't need to be worried.''

The remarks generated public outrage and led to Gaeta's reassignment to civil court and a review of his handling of the case by a state panel on judicial conduct.

An appeals court agreed with prosecutors that Gaeta's initial sentence was inappropriate and ordered her to be re-sentenced.

Diehl-Moore, who is divorced with two daughters, was suspended from her teaching position following her 2001 arrest and has since lost her teaching license.

The boy had been a student in Diehl-Moore's seventh-grade class in Clifton. Their relationship began in 1999 and lasted about six months.
