Hmm....let's see...Pagan religions:....well in short..that's where religion started...ofcourse everything is going to be based on it.  Pope the antichrist:...well the only people that say that the pope is the antichrist, are people against the catholic religion so ofcourse they would think that...most of the people who are against catholocism are the baptists, jehovah witnesses and all those other closed minded religions are the only one's I (notice the I ) hear saying that,...lets see what else.  and Cattarina I'm sorry that you had to go through such a horrid experience..   Homosexuality:...is god really capable of hating a baby?.... As for the burning of witches:....work of ignorant people (both civil and relgious) religion (church) inspired them... civil authorities carried out the actions. Reading the Bible: no one really does this anymore except the people that either question the Bible or don't believe in it at all...why do I say this....well...why do people go to chur
 ch.?  So that they can hear someone else read and translate the bible to them...have you noticed how if a number of people read a book...most of them have different translations of the same book from each other. Freedom of speach: just doesn't exist anymore....i.e. Censorship....Damn that Tipper Gore....and all the good movies banned by that damn group..."El Topo"...:..furthermore...it's very true that it's not just the catholics taking part in these child molestations acts...cuz other religions have the same accusations under their belts the only difference is that they managed to keep it a secret.  Antichrist:...well my views on it are that Christian means Christ-like...very rare to find a person who lives a 'Christ-Like" life....whereas antichrist means against christ and everything he stands for...so yeah I believe in the existance of an antichrist..as a matter a fact...I know many people who are against christ and everything he stands for.... this is what so far....I b
 elieve to be true...so hate me for  it if  you will...and hey...I know I'm off...cuz I haven't discussed religion in such a long time..but feel free to prove me wrong. Have any of you guys ever seen Demolition Man....ever since I first watched that movie I got like this sense that the government in "San Angeles" was like a metaphor for mainstream religions (e.g. Christianity/Baptist chpt) and that Smiley guy (underground guy) was a metaphor for a gloryfied version of "free thinkers".   I think shoplifters should be punished under the death penalty because shoplifting is so easy that if you get caught you deserve to die. The last thing we need in this world is more stupid people.
