Council 9:3

It's time to search for our New Council Members, High Priestess, and 
Vamperor/Vampress. The Lower Council will have 9 Members and The 
Upper Council 3, who elects The High Priest and High Priestess. The 
rules and other regulations will be developed by the first Council, 
etc. These will evolve in time! The New Council of Nine and The 
Council of Three will be governed by no outside bodies, accept by The 
High Priest, High Priestess, and Vamperor/Vampress once elected, etc. 
The High Priest, High Priestess, Vamperor/Vampress will be governed 
by no outside bodies and will take advise from the Councils and pass 
down all commands, and remove any Council Member, etc. The High 
Priest and High Priestess also select someone to fill The Title of 
Vamperor/Vampress, whom has the same authority and acts as a fulcrum 
to balance the power and make decisions. The Vamperor/Vampress can be 
male or female. These Councils, etc. will be known as Council 9:3. 
Here are some qualifications.

1. You must be 18.
2. You must become a Member of our Church, as a sign of loyalty and 
allegiance.
3. You must know our philosophy, beliefs, principles, and goals very 
well and be capable of teaching others or accurately representing us. 
4. You must be available for communication audio-visually, more than 
2 times a week, for a 2 hour period, for meetings, etc.
5. You must have basic education, be responsible, and feel confident 
enough for the job.
6. You must show adequate motivation and adaptation skills.
