The Declaration of Satanic Independence

(This is a rough draft of The Declaration of Satanic Independence. If 
you support the beliefs and goals of this document and Church Of The 
Antichrist, sign it and email it to your friends, for them to do the 
same.)

The Declaration Satanic Independence 




When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one 
group of people to dissolve the political bands which have connected 
them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the 
separate and equal station to which the laws of nature, human nature, 
and human divinity entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of 
Humankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel 
them to separation. 

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all of humanity, and 
other highly intelligent beings are equal through their own divine 
right, that they are endowed by themselves with certain unalienable 
rights, that among these are life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, 
and equal rights for all. This includes all wildlife and habitat, 
which deserves the same respect, care, and specialized treatment, 
looked upon with the same dignities as human beings.  

We declare that a total church and state separation has failed, and 
we have been forced to live by judeo-christian moral-values, through 
oppressive civil laws. These laws violate and steal our rights, which 
harm no other.  Through a crooked democratic system, they use 
religious political intervention to pass their laws into effect. 
These laws are then carried out by mainly judeo-christian officials 
that support such laws. A democratic system that is based upon a 
homogenized majority vote has corrupted such a system. If one 
religious group maintains an ever growing and majority population, 
they can literally dictate policies virtually forever. This is 
nothing short of a musical chairs dictatorship, where the minority 
groups are eternally forced to live under judeo-christian domination, 
and ethical standards. 

This system will never accommodate minority groups, unless their 
population growth is capable of matching and overcoming such a 
clearly authoritarian strategy, conceived long before the formation 
of such contemporary governments. These authoritarian people have the 
goal of a one world power under their control, with the frame of mind 
that says to everyone with such ego and fundamentalist dogma, that 
they alone hold the only true god and true moral-value system.  

We endeavor to show the minority groups of the world, the corrupt and 
fatal flaws of such a false democratic government, which does nothing 
but disguise the reality, that there is nothing but different forms 
of dictatorships. We endeavor to reveal the ongoing wars between 
groups of opposing moral-value systems and what the solution must be. 
These wars will never end, until each specialized group has control 
of their own statehood, laws, and rights or freedoms! 

Until we achieve such a superior form of government, the world is 
doomed to continuous warring for such rights and powers. We will now 
begin to detail the rights which we declare and outline our new age 
static free state. 

The first rights that we declare is that of Gay Rights, which have 
been completely oppressed by judeo-christians and their civil laws, 
based upon their moral-value system, which has been institutionalized 
into a federal and state government. As we declared in the opening of 
our declaration that all humans are equal through their own divine 
right. It is therefore a violation of the Gay and Bisexual's rights, 
to ban them from serving in the military of their state, nation, and 
government. It is also a violation to ban them from marriage on the 
same level and with the same rights attached as heterosexuals. 

We endeavor to teach the children that gays and bisexuals are natural 
and beautiful, and must be treated fairly and justly like all human 
beings, etc. They must not be discriminated against, mocked, or made 
outcasts of a free and equal society. Though this is exactly the 
opposite of what's happening. If the leaders, officials, teachers, 
and parents, are teaching children that it is sick, and unnatural 
from the top down, homophobia, anti-gay sentiments, bias, and 
discrimination will not only persist, it will thrive. The children 
must have positive Gay Rights Activist Leaders, not homophobic and 
anti-gay leaders. The military publicly bans all gays from serving in 
the military. This is sending a clear message from the top of the 
chain of command, which tells children that gays, lesbians, and 
bisexuals are sick and unnatural. This must and will end!

As a result, we are forming not the first, for there have been many, 
but the worlds first modern Gay Army! We will incorporate Gays, 
Lesbians, Bisexuals, and Heterosexuals. This is how it should be and 
how it will be. This is called, Equal Rights! We will also use our 
Gay Army to gather other activists and bring a great deal of 
attention and pressure on the homophobic military. This is a war we 
intend to win! 

The next rights that are violated in a system of free trade have to 
deal with Sexuality and the use of Natural Substances that are not 
dangerous. One of the oldest professions in the world is the 
beautiful art of Prostitution. It was a sacred art in the ancient 
temples, degraded into a social taboo and stripped of its inherited 
beauty and public acceptance, by inferior judeo-christian moral-
values forced upon the free people and institutionalized into law, 
order, and government. 

These bans and degradations were also attached to the beautiful 
accompanying arts of orgia, pandering, etc. There may have been a 
degree of exploitation and disease in some cases, but through modern 
civilizations laws, organization, and technology, disease and 
negative exploitation can and will be eliminated. Even so, it does in 
no way give the judeo-christian the right to violate the rights of 
other human beings by stripping them of their rights to engage in 
trade of that nature. When all sexually transmitted disease and 
negative exploitation has been eliminated, they will lose all 
footing, and their blind rage and authoritarian nature will be 
clearly revealed, as their final and true foundation for banning 
these professions and oppressing the supporters of these rights. 

It is the judeo-christian laws that force such practices into the 
streets where they are unsafe, and create an exploitative monopoly 
for mafias and gangsters. This is a negative exploitation, which many 
practitioners of these arts do not like, cause they are forced to 
accept the mafia's exploitative safety or face the brutal streets! 
Though Free People have the right to exploit themselves in a positive 
or negative manner if they chose to do so. Through the restoring of 
our true rights to these arts, those who practice them will be 
secured in housing, with police, and guard protection, with the 
highest medical and technological treatment and care. The streets 
will be clean, clear, and safer as well. They will be zoned into 
special business areas, away from family districts, schooling, or 
religious areas. This is the best and most proper method of helping 
the people clean up dangerous streets and securing people's divine 
rights to free trade, etc.

The judeo-christians and rich class have made it a way of gaining 
political power, by creating thousands of jobs to engage in a false 
war on natural substances which is pointless and only wastes tax 
payers money. The people of the world have been dealing in natural 
substances for as long as civilization existed, and that makes it 
another one of the world's oldest professions. They cannot ever rid 
the world of such natural substances that people like to freely use. 
By banning them, you strip the people of their divine rights to use 
these substances. They also create a trillion dollar business for 
mafias and gangsters. Through a controlled legalization, we can 
restore the people's true rights and break up the underground 
monopoly on these substances, by putting a free trade shop on every 
corner in certain zoned districts. This legal competition will drive 
prices down, and break the taboo over them. Through mandatory 
licensing and individual limits on dosages, job level testing, abuse 
can be kept down.  We can also empty out the jails of needless 
imprisonment that more than infringes on the free rights of people, 
they are criminals acts imposed upon them by the people who find what 
they do to offend their moral-values. The time has come to prosecute 
the prosecutors!

Another important set of rights deal with the right to use any 
Technology to advance, or for any purpose that harms no born, living 
child, or adult directly as a result. We declare the right to use any 
and every bit of technology in existence and that no one human, 
state, nation, religion, or government has the right to own or 
control human technology. Technology belongs to humanity, and other 
higher beings, The Free People. The judeo-christian has stifled the 
progress of human science for thousands of years. Now, they are 
working hard to ban the new age sciences in this age of High 
Technology. They are once again trying to force their moral-value 
system on The Free People. No group of people has a right to dictate 
moral ethics and force their moral-values upon everyone through civil 
laws. These sciences in no way effect them directly, which is to say, 
they are clearly standing on pure moral ethics to enforce their moral-
values upon everyone in their purposely homogenized civilization. We 
declare the rights to research and use any technology in existence or 
coming into existence, some of which include Human Cloning, Embryonic 
Stem Cell Technology, Genetic Engineering, Nano Technology, Advanced 
Biochemistry, Etc. 

We also declare the rights to many other ideas, concepts, lifestyles, 
customs, that may be condemned by the judeo-christian, etc., and will 
stand by them until the twilight of every star shining eternally 
bright. Now, our New Satanic State is a Static Free State, with no 
boundaries or borders at present. Boundaries and borders should never 
define the state, only give it a static station of existence in the 
universe. Since judeo-christianity and the rich class have forcefully 
homogenized society it has become more and more unstable in these 
modern times. Through homogenization they can herd together many 
people of different political, religious, and social beliefs, etc., 
and use their religious majority with the help of rich class 
politicians to enforce their moral laws upon everyone. We currently 
live in the judeo-christian and rich class imperial state empire. 
Also, through homogenization they can keep the lower classes locked 
into their system of poverty slavery. If the different or opposing 
groups could separate into different states under their own state 
authority, the rich class would lose its economic strength and the 
judeo-christian lose their religious domination. Without this form of 
organized segregation, society as we know it will keep deteriorating 
and battling itself from within as different groups struggle for 
power over the whole. Without truly Free States, we will never 
restore and secure all of our declared rights eternally.

The New Satanic Free State has the rights of its Free People outlined 
here and in Satan's Divine Vampir Bible. The mysticism is irrelevant 
to the rest of the world, but what's important is the underlining New 
Moral-Value System, designed to benefit the majority of the people in 
the world. Though as stated it is only for those who support it in 
the New Satanic Free State, which is currently static Free and 
unbound.

We call to the different groups of the world, especially minority 
groups to adopt our Free State System and join us in a truly advanced 
and superior union like the world has never seen before, nor ever 
will again. 

We therefore the representatives of the United States of Satanica, in 
General Congress, assembled, appealing to the supreme judge of the 
universe, ourselves, for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the 
name, and by authority of the good people of these Free States, 
solemnly publish and declare, that these United States are, and of 
right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are absolved 
from all allegiance to the judeo-christian and rich class imperialist 
state empire, and that all political connection between them and the 
judeo-christian and rich class imperialist state empire, is and ought 
to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, 
they have full power to levy war, conclude peace, contract alliances, 
establish commerce, and to do all other acts and things which 
Independent States may of right do.

And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the 
protection of Divine Humanity, we mutually pledge to each other our 
lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor.
