this guy is really up to no good.  his tone is clearly one with intent
to cause harm in the world... :(

and speaking to such local civic organizations is absolutely one of the
best ways to get people believing what you believe, and will spread
whatever you say as "the truth".  and, of course, facts and truth are
not the same thing sometimes.  facts can be framed to make things sound
a certain way, while telling only part of the truth.  this is definitive
propaganda, indeed.

also, that does not mean that everything at this site should just be
dismissed as ravings.  not at all.  there are likely some very
interesting pictures here of the serb view of history.
