There are only the two links. I think orginally it is not a book, per se,
but rather a report that one can buy in book form that was done by a
non-profit organization to make recommendations to the governement regarding
fundamentalist Muslims. If I remember correctly one of the links takes you
to a picture of the book where you can download the entire book for free
on-line using Acrobat Reader.

Some of the most interesting sections include, 6 types of Muslims that span
radical fundamentalists to radical secularists, hadeeth wars, and hijab
being a political statement. It has some good news for progressives...but
if radical fundamentalists read this (and seeing as how this was forwarded
by MSA they probably have) some bad news as well. Now all progressives will
be seen as suspect by even moderate Muslims as they are being supported by
the West which is suspect, and now in a public document, Westernars are
admitting they are attempting to weaken Muslims and Islam.

The report to me is incredibly insightful, but some of the recommendations,
such as purposefully dividing the community and discouraging alliances
concerns me. It is also recommended to portray Muslims as unfit to rule.
The media seems to already be on board.

The document is 88 pages long if I remember correctly. One link takes you
to the strategies recommended to the governement to reduce the power of
fundamentalists and this is only a few pages long.
