This is encouraging if the drugs can be delivered by mouth and aren't dependent on careful diagnosis. (That is to say it doesn't matter giving them to someone who turns out to be ill from some other cause.) But anything that requires scans or other detailed professional intervention isn't going to work simply because it isn't possible to set up an infrastructure that will react quickly enough to an emergency that is fairly common. If someone has to wait a week or more for professional diagnosis there will be too much repair work to be done.

I notice that there are plenty of thyme supplement products for sale. It would be amazing (and therefore unlikely) if there are already pills in herbalist shops that would cure strokes and no one has noticed.

This strains credulity.  If pure water could really solidify into a
structure other than Ice 1h in macroscopic volumes at normal
atmospheric pressure, we'd be reading about it in Nature magazine.
CAS freezers have been around long enough for such a phenomenon to be
noticed and published by Japanese physicists.

I extracted the email contact info from the ABI website Leo provided
inn a previous post, and sent this request for info:

Gentlemen,

Allow me to apologize.  I am not able to write or speak Japanese.

I am seeking technical data about the CAS process.  In particular, I
would like to know of research into transplant organ preservation
using the CAS process.

In the following article:

...at the end it says:

investigating it for human organ freezing. Progress so far indicates
that although the CAS freezing process freezes to a high degree of

medical transplant business forever."

Could you provide contact details for the researchers at the five
universities cited, so that I may inquire regarding the results of
their research.
