Re: pedo in a speedo

Really, you think the list is nasty?  I think it's pleasant.  I'm 
probably the most contentious one on here so if I'm making it nasty 
for you I apologize.

I want to make it clear that I'm not trying to imply Delany's a ped 
or anything of the sort.  I've had a chance to discuss this with him 
and he's obviously aware of how destructive a sexual relationship 
can be for children.  But the theme (and its frequency) is so 
discomfitting for me and for a lot of readers that I have to wonder 
why it's so important for Delany to keep revisiting it.  What point 
is he trying to make that's so imperative it's worth alienating and 
risking a lot of readers over?

Appropos of nada, I've also been wondering what Delany would make of 
the Bell Curve, but that's a dicussion for another time.
