Greg,
I would be delighted to participate in this project in any way, including
comparing the scanned versions of the texts to the published versions
for accuracy (I have Ace and Bantam editions of both books). I'd love
to write the intro to "Captives/Dead City," though I imagine you'd prefer
someone whose name carries a bit more oomph.
