I believe the Bantam is rewritten from the Ace edition. It was suggested 
that I use the Bantam and not the Gollancz edition. I didn't ask why.

I wasn't sure what edition to use for 'Captives' though that looks likely 
to be a Bantam edition under the 'Out of the Dead City' title.
