Re: Re: Delany errata on the web

This is from the mouth of a character--should not
characters, each with its own sense of the way things
are, be allowed to make errors?  Or would the error in
question be too unlikely for the particular character
to make?  Or, if the two words sound alike, is it
possibly an error in the narrator's transcription of
what was said?
