As for contractive book-binding, she's very much a hobbyist- but she
says it ain't hard to find those who do it, and an average price
would be about $200 or so, depending upon the type of binding and
whatnots. She is willing to 'broker' with a professional here in
Cambridge (Harvard Square), and wouldn't really need much, if any, of
a commission, but chances are, if you really need and want a book
rebound, services are available almost everywhere.
