Looking for a copy of Phallos.

Does anyone know of a way to read this book? There seem to be no copies extant online, or even downloadable texts available for purchase. The only listings are a few on Amazon from drop shippers who don't actually have the book in stock and cannot get it. Believe me, I've tried ordering them. How can a book that was published a mere six years ago simply no longer exist in any form? I realize this mailing list is more discussion-oriented, but does anyone have this book for sale (preferably for a sane price)?
