A question re: Wesleyan's planned reissue of Starboard Wine.

I remember reading a blog update, back in 2008, from Matthew Cheney, who wrote the introduction to Wesleyan's reissue of The Jewel-Hinged Jaw. He told of having written one for Starboard Wine, as well, and suggested that it could be published in the Fall of '09. Does anyone know what became of that reissue? Did Wesleyan cancel it outright, or is it still coming?
