Not wrong. Just behind. The replacement publisher is Magnus Books. 
Amazon has been publishing an Oct 18 release date from Magnus for a 
while, and that was a date Delany himself mentioned on Facebook. 
Magnus's own site, lest I checked, says November. So it may have been 
slightly delayed--a not-unheard-of occurrence in book publishing 
(still waiting for my 25th-Anniversary edition of John Crowley's 
Little, Big--a book that has reached its 30th anniversary)
