We own the house Cindy grew up in, up in Springfield, Oregon. We've had the same tenant for many years, so the lease agreement was signed years ago. The stupid lender won't accept it, saying they need a "current" lease agreement. That is the current one, I insist... and the lender accepted it when we qualified for the modification that they screwed up. Now we have to force our tenant to sign a new lease, just to make the lender happy??? Nick
