Presumably you are refering to the 2004 paper "Mortality before and
after the 2003 invasion of Iraq: cluster sample survey". To start
with, this is not a "study on US induced deaths in Iraq". More
importantly, this story about the Fallujah cluster is something you
have simply made up.
