I'm just pointing out how technology has been developed.  The example I gave
didn't solve the world's energy problems, it just shaved slightly trillion
dollars off the price of energy over the last 15 years.  I know it's not
that big a deal, but a trillion here and a trillion there, and pretty soon
you're talking real money. :-)
