Orangutan granted human rights

Would this orangutan be better off released in the Indonesian rain forest?

Very interesting, so the court decided that the non-human individuals have rights such as freedom of movement, and that the orangutan was unjustly imprisoned at a zoo (the story makes it clear that she didn't enjoy being there, and would probably not choose to remain). I wonder how much precedent this case will generate, and whether it will get applied to industrial animals as well?
