Looks interesting, but it's crowd sourced and must be used with caution. For instance, if you look for "alien," the closest you get is "alien lifeform," attested to in "Hothouse Planet" (1937) by Arthur K. Barnes. Online Etymology Dic has it from 1920, though it doesn't give the specific source.
