Trying to identify and track down an older YA SF novel

I'm a librarian with the Lincoln City Libraries in Lincoln, NE. I'v=
e got a customer who's trying to identify and possibly track down a=
 Young Adult SF title she read over 45 years ago, and I've had no l=
uck so far, so I thought I'd try SF_LIT as I've always had success =
with that in the past.

Here's what's known: =



Read in jr high / high school, 1971/1972

Cant remember title or author. =


Characters:Human Boy  about 15. Travels to another planet.

Alien (Humanoid) Girl  about 15. Meets human boy on her planet.

Plot points:

At the start of the book the boy is on Earth.Has a dream that he is=
 walking down a crowded hallway at school, wearing no clothes.

Dont remember how he gets to the other planet.

On the alien planet he is held captive in a prison cell/room.

The alien girl brings him food and feeds him, because his hands are=
 tied.

Eating utensils are not used on this world, so she feeds him with h=
er fingers.

The girl helps him escape (not sure why  I think she overheard some=
thing about his fate).

The girl is the daughter of someone important (head jailor?? Govern=
or??).

The boy and girl travel across her world, followed by her father.

One place they stop, the woman who lives there assumes theyre marri=
edand offers them one room for the night. They explain that they ne=
ed tworooms. =
