One of my colleagues at New Jersey City University (Jersey City NJ) is seeking adjuncts to cover a professor's leave of absence. She urgently needs someone to cover two sections of Islam Today Gen Ed classes. The course is instructed in English. Il explores Islam in Middle ages and its civilization. It also discusses the present relations between Islam and the West, especially the challenges faced by Muslims and how the West sees Islam.
