*Teaching Media Quarterly *is excited to announce our new issue titled "Critical Reflections." This issue explores what it means to teach media in the current political climate. While this issue, like previous issues, still includes a lesson plan (by *Katie Day Good*), it also includes essays by *Pamela Nettleton* and *Rosemary Clark-Parsons* and an interview with *Mary Vavrus*.
