--0000000000008f573b059b3e3a02 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Announcement: 4.1 available now The editors of *Race and Yoga* are excited to announce the publication of the fourth issue of our scholarly journal, which is the first publication to examine issues surrounding the history, racialization, sex(ualization), and inclusivity (or lack thereof) of the yoga community. *Race and Yoga* is a peer-reviewed, interdisciplinary journal that ushers in Critical Yoga Studies, which is an intersection of self-reflexive yoga practice and Critical Ethnic Studies. 4.1 (2019) is on =E2=80=9CInstitutionalized Yoga=E2=80=9D. Yoga is making i= ts way outside the studio and proliferating in a variety of institutional contexts. Yoga programs are cropping up in schools, prisons, jails, and hospitals. Businesses from microbreweries to Fortune 500 are incorporating yoga and mindfulness practices into their business models. But with the increasing presence of the practice comes new questions surrounding how and where it is being implemented. This issue of *Race and Yoga* journal invites critical interrogations of yoga in institutions. Our fourth issue is available here: http://escholarship.org/uc/crg_raceandyoga Table of Contents for 4.1: Introduction *Sabrina Strings * =E2=80=9CYoga Ruptures: Changing Spaces= =E2=80=9D *Personal Narrative* *Lakshmi Nair* =E2=80=9CWhen Even Spirit Has No Place to Call Home: Cultural Appropriation= , Microaggressions, and Structural Racism in the Yoga Workplace=E2=80=9D *Articles* Mark Norman =E2=80=9CTransforming Space?
