Dear SHERA members:

The SHERA Board would like to call for nominations/self nominations for

*Vice President (2 year term) *

The Vice-President shall assist the President in the general management of
the affairs of the Society, and shall perform all the duties incidental to
the office. The Vice-President shall also serve as President-Elect, and
shall take on the office of President at the end of his or her term.

*Web News Editor (1 year term)*

The Web News Editor shall maintain and update the Society=E2=80=99s website=
 and,
specifically, post news to social media accounts (Facebook and Twitter).
(The parameters of this role are changing in order to respond better to the
needs of current SHERA members. The SHERA Board is happy to discuss the
parameters of the role with the newly elected Web News Editor.)

*Listserv Administrator (3 year term)*

Like the Web New Editor, the parameters of this position is also *changing
in very big ways* because SHERA is in need of a new listserv system.
Ideally, the newly elected Listserv Administrator should be able to lead
the transition between the current and new listserv systems.


Please, submit your nominations to [email protected] by *Monday,
January 9, 2017*. With your nomination, include the candidate's name and
email address, if possible. Online voting will take place January 9-20,
2017.
