Dear SHERA Members
Just to clear up any confusion, here is the source of C. Cooke's obituary
that was circulated yesterday on the list. Charlotte Douglas sent it to me,
and I posted it to the list.

Charlotte Douglas writes that
"Catherine's unsigned obit was in The Telegraph (London). I don't know who
wrote it; perhaps it was someone at the Open University. Here is the URL
