seeking information about the publisher of a postcard

Dear Colleagues, I found on ebay a postcard <http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/172563-RUSSIA-Sudeikin-composer-Sergei-Prokofiev-symbolism-/350827442257> reproducing the Mead Art Museum's portrait of Prokoviev by Sudeikin<http://museums.fivecolleges.edu/detail.php?museum=all&t=objects&type=ext&f=&s=&record=0&maker=sudeikin&op-earliest_year=%3E%3D&op-latest_year=%3C%3D>. The postcard was published by "Svobodnye iskusstva. Sankt-Peterburg [Cyrillic] Artes Liberales. St. Petersburg" (this is mentioned on the back along with the artist's name and the painting's title). Has anyone of you come across this publisher and has, by any chance, contact information? My attempts to track them down were not successful. While I am not interested in copyright issues, I am interested in the year of publication and if they have a clue to the provenance of the actual painting.
