Dear SHERAns, For those of you preparing to travel to Chicago this week to attend the College Art Association's annual conference, we send along a handy cheat-sheet of panels you may find of interest. We would especially like to call your attention to the SHERA Business Meeting that will take place on Thursday, Feb. 13, 5:30-7:00pm in the 3rd Floor Astoria Room of the Chicago Hilton. All are welcome to attend to learn about what SHERA has been up to, discuss upcoming initiatives, and to meet fellow historians of East European, Eurasian and Russian art and architecture. One topic on the agenda will be a proposal to form an advocacy committee in support of preserving the region's cultural heritage. If you would like to lend your support or join in the discussion, please join us.
