Among its teachers and fellows were the best Soviet architects of the era. The journal* Академия архитектуры* contributed authoritatively to the theoretical development of the new classically-inclined style of architecture in the USSR. Published in 15 issues from 1934 to 1937 in Moscow by the All-Union Academy of Architecture. One double issue was published in 1934; bi-monthly issues in 1935-36; and three issues in 1937.
